The said instrument is a 4/4 violin made in 2006 by Martin Biller. I hereby transfer the sole ownership to EXAMPLE NAME this 00th day of December 2006.

Warranty: I will repair all separated seems and joints, along with any other cracks that develop on the above identified instrument. This will be done at absolutely no cost to you, as long as you own the instrument.

Damage due to an accident with the instrument or due to ruff handling is not covered under this warranty.

Trade-In-Value: The trade-in-value of all instruments made and sold by Martin Biller is 100% of the purchase price. That means that in the event you would like to purchase another instrument (for example the next bigger size for a child), this amount will be applied towards the purchase price of the new instrument (the amount would be subtracted).
